Who We Are

These terms apply to purchases from Williamsburg Watches LLC ("we", "us"), an independent watch dealer based in Brooklyn, New York, through williamsburgwatches.net. By placing an order you agree to them.

The Watches We Sell

We sell pre-owned and vintage timepieces. Each watch is a single, individual item: once it is sold, it is gone. We describe condition honestly and photograph the actual watch offered. Watches are sold in the condition described, together with our authenticity guarantee set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Pre-owned watches are not covered by any manufacturer's warranty unless a listing states otherwise and supplies the relevant documentation.

Trademarks

Williamsburg Watches LLC is an independent dealer. We are not an authorized dealer of, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Tudor, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin, Panerai, IWC, or any other watch manufacturer. Brand names and trademarks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe the pre-owned watches we offer for sale.

Orders and Payment

• Prices are in US dollars. A 3.5% processing fee and a flat $50 shipping charge are added at checkout, and New York sales tax of 8.875% is applied where the delivery address is in New York State. The full breakdown is shown before you confirm payment.
• Payment is taken through PayPal at the time of order.
• A listing is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. If a watch becomes unavailable, or a price or description is materially wrong, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

Returns

Your return rights are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for a failure of our authenticity guarantee, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any watch is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
