Authenticity Guarantee

Every timepiece we sell is inspected and guaranteed authentic. If any watch purchased from us is determined not to be genuine by the manufacturer's service centre or a recognised independent authenticator, we will refund the full purchase price and all shipping costs. Claims under this guarantee must be made within one week of delivery.

All watches are pre-owned or vintage unless explicitly stated otherwise. Photographs on each listing are of the actual watch offered for sale, and condition is described honestly, including any wear, service history, and whether the original box and papers are included.

What You Pay

The total shown at checkout is broken down in full before you confirm payment. It is made up of:

• The listed price of the watch.
• A processing fee of 3.5% of the listed price.
• A flat shipping charge of $50 per order.
• New York sales tax at 8.875%, applied only where the delivery address is in New York State.

All prices are in US dollars. There are no other charges.

Shipping

• Shipping is charged at a flat $50 per order, shown separately at checkout.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.
• Watches ship fully insured for the purchase price and require an adult signature on delivery.
• Tracking details are emailed as soon as the package is collected.
• We ship within the United States only. We are not able to accept international orders at this time.

Returns

• You may return any watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• The watch must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received, together with all packaging, papers, and accessories supplied.
• Please contact us at [email protected] before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return and provide insured return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except where the watch was not as described or was found not to be authentic, in which case we cover it.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned watch.
